VUSD picks new school times
North County Times
VISTA ---- The school day at Vista Unified School District campuses will begin and end at different times starting in August.
District officials released the new bell schedule this week.
The schedule is:
-- Early-start elementary schools ---- Alimosa Park, Breeze Hill, Grapevine, Lake, Maryland, Mission Meadows, Monte Vista and Olive ---- 8:30 a.m. to 2:33 p.m.
-- Late-start elementary schools ---- Beaumont, Bobier, Crestview, Empresa, Foothill Oak, Hanalei, Temple Heights ---- 9:10 a.m. to 3:13 p.m.
-- Casita Center for Math, Science and Technology ---- 8:20 a.m. to 2:23 p.m.
-- Vista Academy of Visual and Performing Arts ---- 8 a.m. to 2:13 p.m. for elementary students and 8 a.m. to 2:18 p.m for middle-school students.
-- Middle Schools ---- 7:20 a.m. to 1:58 p.m.
-- Vista High School ---- 7:30 a.m. to 2:21 p.m.
-- Rancho Buena Vista High School ---- 7:30 a.m. to 2:28 p.m.
